Description

This Monster Cookie Dough Dip is a creamy, sweet dip that combines the beloved flavors of classic monster cookies into a delicious, no-bake treat. Featuring creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, oats, colorful candy-coated chocolates, and melty chocolate chips, it’s perfect for serving with pretzels or fruit for an irresistible snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Dip Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup candy coated chocolates
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

For Serving

  • Pretzels (quantity as desired for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Combine base ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese, salted butter, and creamy peanut butter. Beat on high speed until the mixture is thoroughly combined and smooth.
  2. Add sugars and oats: Incorporate the light brown sugar, powdered sugar, salt, and quick cooking oats into the mixture. Beat at high speed again until the dip becomes light and fluffy. If using a stand mixer, beat for about 1 minute; if using a hand mixer, beat for approximately 2 minutes until well aerated.
  3. Mix in candies and chips: Gently fold in the candy coated chocolates and milk chocolate chips to evenly distribute them throughout the dip.
  4. Serve and store: Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, piling it high for a tempting presentation. Serve chilled with pretzels on the side for dipping. Store any leftover dip in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese and butter are softened to room temperature for easier mixing and smoother texture.
  • You can substitute candy coated chocolates with M&Ms or similar candies of your choice.
  • For a peanut-free version, substitute peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter.
  • This dip should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3-4 days for optimal freshness.
  • Consider serving with sliced apples, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers as alternative dippers.
