- Prepare lemonade ice cubes: Pour 24 oz of zero sugar lemonade evenly into 8 large ice cube molds. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight until completely solid.
- Blend the refresher: Once the lemonade ice cubes are frozen, add them to a blender along with 2/3 cup frozen raspberries, 8 oz chilled Sprite Zero, the juice of one lemon, and 2 tablespoons of grenadine syrup.
- Process the mixture: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy, ensuring the frozen elements are fully crushed and incorporated.
- Serve and garnish: Pour the blended raspberry lemonade refresher into glasses. Optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra raspberries for presentation and added freshness.
