Description

A refreshing and guilt-free Frozen Raspberry Lemonade Refresher made with zero sugar lemonade, Sprite Zero, frozen raspberries, fresh lemon juice, and grenadine. This chilled smoothie-style drink is perfect for hot days, blending homemade lemonade ice cubes with vibrant flavors for a tangy, sweet, and icy treat.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 24 oz zero sugar lemonade
  • 8 oz Sprite Zero
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp Grenadine

Frozen Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare lemonade ice cubes: Pour 24 oz of zero sugar lemonade evenly into 8 large ice cube molds. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight until completely solid.
  2. Blend the refresher: Once the lemonade ice cubes are frozen, add them to a blender along with 2/3 cup frozen raspberries, 8 oz chilled Sprite Zero, the juice of one lemon, and 2 tablespoons of grenadine syrup.
  3. Process the mixture: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy, ensuring the frozen elements are fully crushed and incorporated.
  4. Serve and garnish: Pour the blended raspberry lemonade refresher into glasses. Optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra raspberries for presentation and added freshness.

Notes

  • You can prepare the lemonade ice cubes in advance and store them in the freezer for convenient use anytime.
  • Using zero sugar lemonade and Sprite Zero makes this drink low calorie and diabetic-friendly.
  • Adjust grenadine quantity according to desired sweetness and color intensity.
  • For an extra tangy flavor, add some lemon zest or a splash of lime juice.
  • If fresh raspberries are available, substitute or complement frozen raspberries for a brighter flavor.
