Description

A refreshing blended cucumber gin cocktail combining fresh cucumber, mint, lime juice, and honey for a slushy, vibrant drink perfect for warm days or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

For the Cocktail

  • 3 ounces gin (approximately 2 shots or 6 tablespoons)
  • 1 cucumber, trimmed and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • Sparkling water (such as La Croix), for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Trim and roughly chop the cucumber, measure out the gin, mint leaves, lime juice, honey, and ice to have them ready for blending.
  2. Blend the cocktail: Combine gin, chopped cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, honey, and ice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency.
  3. Serve the cocktail: Pour the blended drink evenly into two glasses. Top each glass with sparkling water and additional ice if desired. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Enjoy: Serve immediately to enjoy the cocktail’s fresh, invigorating flavors.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
  • Use a good quality gin for the best flavor.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute gin with tonic water or a botanical soda.
  • Mint leaves can be lightly muddled before blending to release more flavor.
  • Serve chilled and consume immediately for optimal freshness.
