Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Optionally coat with oil.
  2. Prepare the Glaze: Mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Cook the Chicken:
    Air Fryer Method:
    Preheat to 375°F. Air fry chicken for 15-18 minutes.
    Baking Method:
    Preheat to 400°F. Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Glaze the Chicken: Simmer glaze in a saucepan. Coat cooked chicken with glaze.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
