Ingredients

Hot Chocolate Base

  • 4 cups plain milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Optional Toppings

  • Marshmallows
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings


Instructions

  1. Heat the milk: In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk while stirring occasionally. Heat it until it is steaming hot and almost simmering, but do not let it boil to prevent scorching or curdling.
  2. Add Nutella: Once the milk is hot, add the Nutella and the fine sea salt into the saucepan.
