Honey Buffalo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

Seasoning:

  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Parsley (dried)

Optional Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare Honey Buffalo Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
  2. Season Chicken Thighs: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and parsley. Coat thighs with 2 tablespoons of the honey buffalo sauce.
  3. Grill Chicken Thighs: Heat grill to medium-low heat. Grill chicken thighs, turning every 3-4 minutes until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165-170 degrees. Baste with honey buffalo sauce during the last few turns.
  4. Serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve with favorite grilling sides.
