Ingredients
Beef Bites:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into chunks
Potatoes:
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Sear the Beef (Optional but Adds Flavor) – In a hot skillet, sear beef bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side for browning.
- Prep the Potatoes – Wash and halve or quarter the baby potatoes.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce – Combine melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add to Slow Cooker – Place beef and potatoes in the slow cooker and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Cook – Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked.
- Garnish and Serve – Stir gently, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
