Ingredients
Filling:
- 6–7 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Topping:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and flour. Toss gently to coat the peaches evenly.
- Spread the peach mixture in the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until well combined.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
