Ingredients
Carrots:
- 2 lbs Carrots, washed and peeled
Glaze:
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ cup Water
Instructions
- Slice the Carrots: Slice the carrots into 1/2″ thick slices and place them in a large skillet.
- Simmer Carrots: Add water to the skillet, cover, and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Cook Carrots: Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until carrots are tender. Drain excess water.
- Make Glaze: Stir in brown sugar, butter, and salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
