Description

Wholesome and naturally sweet Banana Oatmeal Cookies made with ripe bananas and hearty oats, soft and chewy with a fiber-packed boost, perfect for snacks or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips or raisins if using.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
